What we can answer here

How big a piece actually is. How many come in the pack. Whether a set arrives boxed or loose in a bag. Which of the sets suits a class of twenty-four rather than a table of six. Whether a figure on a page is wrong: if it is, say which page, and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about.

What has to go through the checkout

Orders, delivery dates, returns and refunds are handled where the order was placed. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see an order, change an address or start a return, and writing to us about one only adds a day.

How long a reply takes

A working day or two. One person reads this mailbox. There is no queue system and no ticket number, and a question that needs a piece measured may take a day longer.
