Small Wood Chip Baskets for Wedding

Thirty-six small baskets woven from wood chip, each with a handle, each about the size of a cupped hand. Fill one with candy for a wedding table, with eggs for an Easter hunt, or hang it empty on a tree as an ornament. The wood is unfinished, so it takes paint or ribbon.

This is a pack for an event: thirty-six guests, thirty-six children, thirty-six places along a long table. A dollar and eight cents a basket. Whatever is left over holds buttons, paperclips and the small things that otherwise live loose in a drawer.
